Concrete Brick Machine Methods for Drilling

Concrete brick machine is one of the most widely used machines for brick manufacturing in the construction industry. Concrete brick machine methods are required when a precise circular penetration is required. A non-percussive drilling method of low noise and dust free is used to make smooth holes. Using concrete brick machine methods, holes of any size and depth can be made. This can be used for construction installation applications, earthwork quality inspection applications, electrical system applications, water system applications, gas supply system applications, heating system applications, railway installation application, plumbing application, bridge installation application, concrete sample analysis, anchoring bolts, mining application etc.

Types of concrete brick machine methods

The different methods of concrete brick machine methods are as follows:
  • Electric Method: The Electric method is used to drill perfect holes in tile, granite, concrete, plumbing, countertops, and other masonry applications. This type of concrete brick machine is also suitable for drilling holes in floors, ceilings, walls, and all concrete anchoring systems. It can be used to perform drilling operation quickly and efficiently.
  • Hydraulic Method: This uses both mechanical and electronic protection means. This is easy to move. It is safe, reliable, economical and durable. The Hydraulic method is excellent option for making large diameter holes.
  • Pneumatic Method: This is suitable for drilling holes in ceilings, walls, floors, refractory brick and concrete anchoring systems.
  • Rotary Drilling Method: This is used for borehole drilling and coring in rocks. Wireline is one type used for mineral exploration. This does not make a hole but retrieve a core sample.
  • Brick Machine Method: It uses a brick machine bit fixed to the end of drill rod. This rod is in the drilling machine or equipment. The diamond bit is rotated gently and at the same time it is lubricated with water to avoid overheating. With the drilling which uses diamond core drill bits, the primary aim is given in providing enough water to lubricate on the cutting edge of the diamond bit.
  • Hose or Water Drip Method: This method of drilling make use of hose, small enough to run water into the bore hole and onto the hole surface.
  • Clay Dam Concrete Brick Machine Method: Using a modeling clay, this method helps in building a dam around the drill hole. It allows water to flow into the diamond bit and provides good interior lubrication.
  • Pan Drilling Diamond Drilling Method: Here pan or plastic tub filled with water is used so that it covers the surface of the material being drilled.
  • Spray Bottle Diamond Drilling Method: This method involves spraying water continuously into the bore hole using a spray bottle.

Conclusion

In all the above methods, it is very necessary to use the pumping technique to allow lubrication to reach the tip of the concrete brick machine bit. A periodic pumping action is needed to improve the lubrication at the drill tip.
