Safety Inspection hook

  • Human-driven hoisting mechanism with a hook, to 1.5 times the rated load test as the test load.
  • Power-driven hoisting mechanism used to hook to 2 times the rated load test as the test load.
  • After the inspection shed load hook, without any obvious defects, and deformation, the opening degree of the increase should not exceed 0.25% of original size.
  • Inspection of the hook, the hook should be in the low stress zone marking, including the rated capacity, factory standard, or make, inspection mark, the production number and so on.
Retirement standard hook Hook one of the following conditions should be scrapped: ? crack; ? dangerous section of wear of 10% of original size; ? opening than the original size by 15%; ? hook body torsion 10 °; ? dangerous section of hook or hook and neck plastic deformation; ? hook thread corrosion; ? piece bushing wear hook up to 50% of original size, replace the bush; ? piece spindle wear hook up to 5% of original size, replace the spindle.
